Johanne Pérusse, Lawyer

Johanne Pérusse is a lawyer who after many years working as Legal Director and Vice-President at various large companies, decided to dedicate herself fully to teaching. She has been teaching business law to undergraduates in the Faculty of Law at l’Université de Montréal since 2007.

She also holds a Masters in Art History (Architecture) from Concordia University.

She has held several positions on the board of paragovernmental companies, both public and private. She has also been implicated in various nonprofit organizations. For many years, she has been invested in the success of Blue Metropolis, having chaired its board of director for 5 years.
