MARCY GOLDMAN is a cookbook author, pastry chef and master baker. Trained at the Institut de l'hôtellerie du Québec and a graduate of McGill, this Montreal-based author-chef is also a Washington Post and Bon Appetit contributor. Her most recent cookbook is A Passion for Baking.
